Today I decided to make these delicious Avocado Brownies, as one of my close friends absolutely adores avocados! I just knew I had to try and make them for them and these were the perfect ones to make. Not only were they soft and chocolatey, but they also had a smooth texture from the avocados. Making these brownies was fairly easy and there weren't many modifications that I needed to make. In total, this recipe made 16 regular sized brownies and took 25min to bake at 350F. You could also try substituting the almond flour for regular AP flour if you're allergic to nuts. Or even try to add a different topping such as white chocolate chips, cherries, nuts, etc. Overall, I had a lot of fun baking these brownies and I hope you do too! Happy baking :)
