Today I decided to make this delicious rendition of Banana Custard Pudding. This is the perfect dessert for a rainy afternoon or winter's day. It's also a great recipe to add in your favourite fruits whether it's banana or berries, or you could add in chocolate chips, banana chips, or eat it as is. It's also super simple and quick to make and creates enough for four servings. One of the great parts about this recipe is that it requires few ingredients and the ones that it does are fairly common such as sugar and eggs. One modification that you could take when making this recipe is by substituting arrowroot powder for cornstarch if you have a corn allergy like me or otherwise leaving it as is. Overall, this recipe was fun and easy to make, but keep in mind it will take 1 hour to chill after cooking it, so prepare this ahead of time for the perfect consistency. However, you could also serve it warm if you don't mind it being a bit thinner. Enjoy and happy baking :)
