Blueberry Cobbler Bars!

Writer's picture: Lauren TangLauren Tang

Today I decided to make these delicious Blueberry Cobbler Bars! As you can tell from my latest posts, it's Blueberry Season! Ahh, what an exciting time it is :) Making these bars was a lot of fun and I loved the recipe's simplicity. You could also substitute the blueberries for your favourite fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, etc. In terms of baking time it took 23 minutes at 375F and made 16 bars in total. However, this also depends on how small or large you cut the pieces. As for cooling time, I would recommend 15-20 minutes to let them solidify a bit more before slicing and serving on a plate, otherwise they will crumble. Overall, this recipe is a great summer classic and it goes great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, perfect for a picnic dessert :)
