Today I decided to make this delicious Blueberry Kuchen, perfect for a sweet and simple summer dessert when topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. I love how easy it was to put together and how you can even switch up the flavours. For instance, I ran out of lemons and ended up using oranges for a zest instead. Also, you could also substitute your favourite fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, or apples. However, the texture of blueberries once baked is one of my favourites. You could also substitute the zest for cinnamon and brown sugar for the topping for a different flavour combination. It ended up taking 40min to bake at 350F and made 32 squares. Happy baking :)
