Today I decided to make these delicious Chocolate Walnut Oatmeal Cookies! These are the perfect solution if you're looking for a way to add some oats into your life in a chocolatey way. In terms of modifications, there weren't too many I needed to make, however, some included using chopped walnuts. I also reduced the amount of granulated sugar in half to 3/4 cup, as I followed some of the reviewer's recommendations and this was one of them, as the proportions of sugar did seem a bit high. However, you can tailor this to your preferred sweetness. Also, you can always add in your favourite dried fruit such as raisins, chocolate chips, or take out the walnuts altogether. This recipe made 30 regular-sized cookies in total. I did make them slightly larger than what was described in the recipe, so if you do decide to make them the size of a tablespoon then you'll just have more cookies around 50-60 cookies in total. As a result, the cookies took about 18 minutes to bake in total. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoy making them too! Happy baking :)
