Today I decided to make these delicious Christmas Stamped Shortbread Cookies :) These were a buttery soft cookie that were fairly easy to make for the holidays. There weren't many modifications that I needed to make, however, I did find that using that while using the stamp, you need to add a sprinkle of flour to ensure it doesn't stick to the dough. Also, once they bake, the stamp doesn't come out as much, so you'll want to press it into the dough about half way through if you can. You could also add a chocolate drizzle if you'd like on top. This recipe ended up making 22 cookies and took 18min to bake at 350F. Hope you all have fun baking for the holidays, happy baking :)
