Today I decided to make these delicious Cookies N' Creme Cookies! These were so fun and easy to make especially once you buy a bag of the cookies and creme chocolate chips from Chipits :) There weren't many modifications that I needed to make, however, I did exclude the Oreos from the recipe, as I didn't have any on hand. However, I didn't mind this as I feel like it would make it a bit too sweet. Since the dough needed to be chilled in the fridge for 2 hours, I kind of forgot they were there since I had other things to do. So, I ended up baking them the next morning and good news! They still worked out great! So, if this is ever a problem for you, now you don't have to worry haha. This recipe ended up making 27 of cookies and took 15 min to bake at 350F. As for cooling time, I would recommend 5min before putting them on to a cooling rack and then an additional 10-15 min. Or if you're my dad, he asks to eat them when they come straight out of the oven like in a movie haha. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoyed this review! Happy baking :)
