Today I decided to make these cute Funfetti Cookies! It was great to have an excuse to use up some of the 1kg bag of sprinkles I bought on Amazon hehe. The reason I bought such a big bag of sprinkles was because I was having a difficult time finding any sprinkles at all and I thought it'd be easier to just buy a large bag, so I wouldn't have to keep hunting for them each time I needed them for a recipe. Making them was a lot of fun, but I do wish the results were a little bit more consistent, as I found the two batches to have slightly different textures and appearance. I'm not sure if this had to do with the baking time or how well the dough was combined, but I think the second batch turned out slightly better. The recipe made 16 cookies in total and took approximately 14min at 350F. Overall, I had fun baking this recipe and I might try a different Funfetti Cookie recipe in the future to compare the results. Happy baking :)
