Today I decided to make these delicious aromatic Hazelnut Cookies drizzled with milk chocolate. These are the perfect dessert to go with your afternoon coffee, tea, or milk any time of the year. Making these cookies was fairly simply with few modifications required. A few things I did to enhance the flavour include roasting the hazelnuts and sugar on the stove for approximately 5-8min. I also ended up using chocolate chips instead as I didn't have any chocolate bars on hand at the time unfortunately. Another modification you could add would be to sprinkle some sea salt on top of each cookie. Also, if you end up using chocolate chips, I would recommend adding some shortening to let the chocolate harden on top. This recipe made 23 cookies in total and took approximately 15min at 350F to bake in total. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoyed this review! Happy baking :)
