Today I decided to make these delicious Hot Chocolate Cookies :) Perfect for a snow day with a cup of hot cocoa or warm milk (although to be honest I've never really understood the hype for warm milk...it's literally just warm milk). Anyways, making these cookies was a lot of fun and I loved how easy it was to make. The only modifications I made include taking out the extra 1/4 cup of chocolate chips because I felt like it would be too much chocolate, but this is totally up to you and your chocolate preference. This recipe ended up making 12 cookies and required only 6 large marshmallows, since you cut the marshmallows in half to put on top of each cookie. It only took 15min to bake and 1-2min to bake after you add the marshmallow on top. Overall, I really enjoyed this recipe and I hope you have fun making them :)
