Today I decided to make this delicious recipe for Iced Orange Cookies :) This was the perfect recipe to bring home the citrus duo from last week with lemon glazed cookies. Hmm...could lime be the next flavour? Haha you'll have to wait and see! Making these cookies was fairly simple and didn't require too many modifications. For instance, I ended up using approximately 2 oranges for the freshly squeezed orange juice component, as well as using a fine grater for the orange zest. A portion of the orange juice was used for the icing and the rest was used for the cookies. A quick note about the cookie batter is that it's slightly softer than your typical cookie dough, but don't be alarmed, it does work out in the end! The recipe made about 25 cookies and took about 18 minutes to bake in the oven at 350F. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoyed this review! Happy baking :)
