Today I decided to bring back a classic fall recipe, none other than Pumpkin Spice Cookies with a Vanilla Glaze! Making these cookies again I was happy to find out they were fairly consistent to how they were the last time I made them five years ago. I'd like to think that my photography skills have improved a bit since then and also, I was able to take some footage for those of you who prefer watching videos :) One alternative that could be made would be to dip the cookies in the glaze instead of drizzling it or by sprinkling some pumpkin spice on top! This would simply be a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. These cookies turned out fairly well and made approximately 20 cookies with just the right amount of vanilla glaze.
