Pumpkin Spice Donuts!

Writer's picture: Lauren TangLauren Tang

Today I decided to make these very fall inspired Pumpkin Spice Donuts! Perfect with a glass of milk or chai latte. Making these were fairly simple and there weren't too many modifications that I needed to make. However, I did make them mini donuts, simply because I didn't have the regular-sized donut pan, so this recipe ended up making 24 mini donuts, which would equal 12 regular sized-donuts. These donuts are also baked and took 20min to bake at 350F. As for the cinnamon sugar, I did end up needing to increase the ratio, as there wasn't enough to thoroughly roll them in sugar. So, I used 1.25 cups of white sugar and 2.25 tsps of cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar mixture. As for cooling, it took 10 minutes and I used a ziplock bag with scissors to cut out the corner to fill each cavity in the donut pan. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoyed this review! One modification that you could make would be to dip the donuts in a vanilla or pumpkin spice glaze instead of the cinnamon sugar. Happy baking :)
