Today I decided to make these delicious Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Blondies! Perfect for an afternoon tea snack or with a cold glass of milk. I liked how easy these were to make and there weren't many modifications that I needed to make. One thing that I did end up doing was to use 3/4 cup of Reese's pieces instead of 1 cup, as I found with the chocolate chips, I didn't need the extra 1/4 cup. Also, I ended up using 1 tbsp of arrowroot starch instead of cornstarch, as I didn't have any on hand, and it still worked out great. In total, this recipe made 16 blondies and took 20min to bake at 350F. I really liked how it incorporated both chocolate and peanut butter into the batter beyond the Reese's pieces, which I feel really elevated the recipe. Overall, I hope you enjoyed this review and have fun baking! :)
