Today I decided to make these soft and thick snickerdoodle cookies! Perfect with a cup of tea or glass of milk, and even better during the holiday season. In terms of modifications, there weren't many that I needed to make. However, I did end up cooling them for 10-15min before they were ready to serve. One addition that you could also add would be a vanilla glaze drizzled on top for a cinnamon roll like cookie experience. You could even add a soft centre with your desired chocolate or cinnamon mixture inside of the cookie. This recipe ended up making 24 medium sized cookies and took 15min to bake at 375F.
