Today I decided to make these delicious soft Snickerdoodle Cookies :) It's been awhile since I've made them and with only one time in total that I've actually made them, I figured it was time to make a proper tribute to the snickerdoodle haha! Anyways, the recipe turned out really well and were quick and easy to make. The only real difference was that the recipe ended up making 27 regular sized cookies. However, if you wanted to mix it up you could always add a caramel candy inside of the dough before baking it to create a soft caramel filling. Or you could also add a cream cheese frosting on top or even white chocolate chips to the batter before baking. Overall, these cookies were super easy and fun to make, and I hope you enjoyed this review! Happy baking :)
