Today I decided to make these cute and sweet Strawberry Shortcake Cookies! Not only are they adorable, but they're just as delicious! In terms of making them, it was fairly simple and there weren't too many modifications that needed to be made. In order to achieve the perfect pink colour, I added pink gel food colouring and fortunately it didn't require too much, as the jello powder already made it slightly pink to start with. I also ended up adding pink gel food colouring to the crumble to make it slightly pinker. In terms of baking time, it took 12min at 350F and then 3min at 320F and made 14 cookies.
