Recently, I came across these unicorn chipits at the grocery store and instantly knew I had to buy them! How magical and mysterious was this, of course I instantly knew I had to make unicorn cupcakes to go with them haha. So I decided on making funfetti cupcakes using vanilla cupcake batter as a base and adding 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles, however I would alter this to 1/4 cup of sprinkles instead. In total, this recipe made 12 cupcakes and took 22min to bake 350F. For the frosting, I also added 1/2 cup of freshly chopped strawberries to create a berry infused frosting and a natural pink food colouring. I then used a 1M piping tip and added a unicorn sprinkle on top along with the unicorn chips. Overall, this recipe was a lot of fun to bake and I hope you enjoyed my review! Happy baking :)
